I am a 41 year old mother of 2 wonderful daughters. Michelle is 20 and attending UNM. Amanda is 18 and a Senior at Highland High School in Albuquerque NM. I love to sew and quilt. My blog will be about sewing and quilting, my girls, and anything else I can think of.<br />I am once again a stay at home mom, at least for Amanda who is still at home. I have been an Insurance agent for the last 8 years, but have taken a step back. How long this will last who knows? I am now trying to get my life back after a year and a half of illness. First breast surgery which turned up a problem with my Thyroid. Overactive Thyroid is not fun, but it&nbsp;was good to learn that I wasn't going crazy, so after working through&nbsp;radiation and treatments I have taken some time for me to get well. <br />Sewing has always been my way to calm down and center myself, so after putting myself last for many years.
